Ingenious Health Care Limited was established in 2016 aiming to serve the nation and contribute to the healthcare sector of Bangladesh in some better ways under the leadership of Professor Dr. Mohammad Rashidul Hassan who was a former Director cum Professor of National Institute of Diseases of the Chest and Hospital (NIDCH), Mohakhali, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.

The operation of the company got started in 2018 through the establishment of Ingenious PulmO-FIT - a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Centre as its sister concern.
